Terms of service

AIDENTYA analyses your hotel website, generates realistic guest search intents and runs them against AI assistants to measure whether your property is recommended. Results are observations of AI answers at the time of the scan, not a guarantee of future visibility or bookings.

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for activity under your account. You confirm you are authorised to submit the hotel website you analyse.

AIDENTYA PRO costs €49.99 per month, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access remains until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable.

Scans are rate-limited per property to keep AI provider usage sustainable. Automated resale of scan output, scraping the product, or running scans for websites you do not represent is not permitted.

AI assistants change their answers over time. Improvement recommendations are advisory: implementing them increases the chance of being recommended but no specific score improvement is promised. We never invent hotel services — recommendations are based on what is verified on your website and on the recorded AI answers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayKeasy Srl's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by Italian law.
